500 Internal Server Error

    Hi! I’ve tried logging into my wordpress site through Bluehost and it keeps giving me a 500 Internal Server Error. This also happens if I just try to view my site in a normal browser. Please let me know if I need to provide any additional information to figure this out. Thanks!

    Hey madisonashlee98,

    Please share the link to your website. And as you have already mentioned, you should contact the Bluehost customer support to get this fixed.

    We are only able to help with the websites hosted on WordPress.com.

    For any other website, we have no control.
