500 internal server error

  I can’t access my dashboard page. I downloaded a plugin and can’t remember the name of it and it crashed to the error page. I have tried several video helps and it still won’t go through. Thank you so much!

  Hi, can you confirm if you’re referring to http://wheelersjr.wordpress.com/? Only sites on the Business Plan can install plugins, so I just wish to be sure.

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.
