500 internal server error?

  Hi everyone,
  when trying to access my webseite, I see this error
  “500 Internal Server Error
  The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
  Please contact the server administrator at (email visible only to moderators and staff) to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
  More information about this error may be available in the server error log.”

  The provided email address doesn’t work, the inbox is full.
  I already talked to my host, everything is fine on that end.

  I haven’t worked on the website in weeks.
  Last thing was an automatic update (4.9.9)

  Please help :( I am not a professional so I am totally lost!!!
