500 Internal Server Error

I have accidentally caused a “500 Internal Server Error” on my website. This website is hosted through wordpress.com on the Business plan.

As instructed by my theme’s support when trying to fix a malfunctioning widget, I tried to edit a .php file (Appearance > Editor > Framework > php > class-framework-widgets). I copied the original file into a .txt file, made the changes, and saved. Once I saw a “500 Internal Server Error, I tried to copy and paste the original .php file back into place, but the error still remains.

I can no longer access my site or the wp-admin. What can I do?
