500 Internal Server Error – Website Down & Can’t Access /WP-Admin

    Hi there,

    I’m getting a 500 internal server error on my website as well as the /wp-admin login. I also checked on WebsitePlanet and it is listed as down. I’ve tried logging into my WordPress through my domain provider, with yoursite.com/wp-login.php, and yoursite.com/wp-admin/options.php. I still get the 500 Internal Server Error on all of those tries. Help please!

    The 500 errors are usually due to a plugin/theme conflict but we won’t be able to help you here as your site is not hosted on WordPress.com.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
