  I updates the functions.php and it crashed the website. can you revert the last changes so I can access the website again? I also do not know the FTP username/password or else I would do this myself.

  Aloha itoldyouso47, It looks like you are working with a self-hosted WordPress.org site instead of the WordPress.com-hosted version supported here. It looks like you may be hosting with Bluehost? They should be able to guide you on finding your username and resetting your password:

  I would recommend searching on the WordPress.org support forums for similar issues. If you cannot find anything that works, you can start your own thread. The forums are completely separate from each other, so you will need to register an account there if you haven’t done so already.
