500 status code for "POST /sites/204724928/publicize-connections/new"

  Every time I connect jetpack to any of my sites, I experience this same error when making the connection into my facebook and twitter social accounts. I keep trying to get ahold of support and it leads me to here. Is there a direct contact for support?
