502 Bad Gateway

    Hi, my website was working fine until I got the following email yesterday from WordPress.com Upgrades <help@wordpress.com>:

    ‘[Your blog] is about to be automatically renewed on January 4, 2017.

    You will be charged $26.00 for this renewal in 30 days, on January 4, 2017.

    You don’t have to do anything — this is just a reminder.

    If you don’t want to renew, you can cancel this subscription at Me > Manage Purchases in your WordPress.com account.

    For a limited time, you can upgrade to WordPress.com Premium for only $79.00.

    Upgrade Now

    If you have any problems or questions, please do not hesitate to contact Support.

    This charge will appear on your statement as WPCHRG.COM.’

    So I clicked ‘contact Support’ and here I am. My blog now isn’t working fine and I get an error page titled ‘502 Bad Gateway’ with a bit of text ‘nginx’ under it. Any suggestions as to how this can be fixed immediately?
