502 Error
-
My clients are getting 502 error codes when downloading images from my site. They’ve gone through the cart feature, check out, get their confirmation, but the download links take them to a page that says ‘502 Bad Gateway the server returned an invalid or incomplete response’. These files were initially uploaded to one gallery, moved to another gallery and the initial gallery was deleted. Is that why? Images that were uploaded to the gallery are downloading without issue. Is there any way to remedy this… and fast!?

What is the URL of the exact site you refer to please?
We need it to verify hosting and to provide assistance.
Please post it here now. -
If you are referring to http://gretchenmoore.com/ then be aware that is is not hosted by wordpress.COm and we do not provide support for any wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting here at wordpress.COM.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting and you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

I tried to share my recent post to Facebook and Twitter and keep getting the wordpress.com 502 error code. I refreshed the page and tried again, but no go. The link works when I click on it, but the error code is visible not my blog link.
