502 Gateway Error

Hello, I receive a 502 Gateway Error when attempting to reach our wordpress website’s admin log-in page (***.com/wp-admin). As such, I can’t log in to make edits or post blogs. Our IT has verified that it is a hosting-related problem and asked me to reach out to our host (WordPress).

  • Hi there,

We can’t help directly because we don’t host delltech.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.

To clarify, we are a fully managed WordPress provider. We use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress and provides integrated caching, server-level performance improvements, security, automatic updates to core software, robust backups, and in-house support from our WordPress.com Happiness Engineers.

To offer this we use a customized version of WordPress (different from what you use at GoDaddy, for example) which is optimized for our infrastructure and offers the best performance possible. You can confirm here that GoDaddy is the current host of your site: https://gwhois.org/delltech.com+dns

Because of these differences, we do not have access to your site (we can only access sites we manage directly) and are not familiar with the source of your issue.

The good news is that your hosting provider may be able to help in this instance. I recommend contacting GoDaddy for further assistance. They are in the best position to help. Thanks!
