503 error

  hi there, i have been trying to edit the menu on my site. and when i try to save changes i keep getting a 503 error? and the menu is not updating. what can i do to fix this?

  The menu page is still not updating, and the same error continues to come up.

  Can you try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies?

  Additionally, can you let us know what Internet browser and operating system you’re using? Could you confirm that third-party cookies are enabled on your browser?

  Thank you for your patience with me. I’m using safari, I’m using snow lepoard for my operating system. I cleared everything. Still no changes when I try to update the menu page. Thanks again

  I have had someone else try to make changes to the menu and still the same 503 error is coming up,I’ve also tried to change other parts of the menu, and i am still getting the same thing. What else can it be?

  Unfortunately, you have pretty much hit the limit of what can be included in the menu. There’s no established physical limit, but basically the server can’t process any more than what you have.

  I recommend just making a page that has all of the links on it for each menu item, rather than all of the sub-items.
