Hello there,
Many thanks for reaching out.
Can I check – are you getting this message when logging into WordPress.com? Or is there a different site where this message is happening?
-
Hello,
We have an online store for our customers to place orders through wordpress. When I try to access the online store, I receive the 503 service unavailable. Same with our customer who are trying to log in to place their orders. They are unable to access the online store. -
Hi there,
What is the address of the site you are referring to? This doesn’t sound like it is in reference to https://dibiasehairusasite.wordpress.com/.
Please note that these forums are for WordPress.com-hosted sites only. If your site is using the open-source WordPress.org software, we won’t be able to provide direct assistance because we do not have direct access to any site hosted outside of WordPress.com. You’ll want to seek assistance in the dotorg forums:

Thanks!

So, you are receiving the error when you try to log into https://dibiasehairusasite.wordpress.com/, or is there a store connected to that site that I am not seeing? I do not see any store-related content on that particular site. Regarding the site, since you are already logged into WordPress.com, you should be logged in to the site as well.
Let me know – if possible, take a screenshot of the error you are receiving and upload it to your media library. We’ll take a look.
Thanks!

Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
This is what I am receiving

Can you give us the URL you’re using to log in and a screenshot of the error in question (also showing the address bar of your browser)?
If you’re not familiar on how to take a screenshot, this support document will help explain how to make one:
Then, use a service like Snipboard.io to upload the screenshot and then share the image link from that service here and we’ll take a closer look.
Thanks!

Taking a closer look at your account, it looks like you have a self hosted site connected to your WordPress.com account through the Jetpack plugin:
Is this the website? If so, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted at GoDaddy.
We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.
A “503 Service Unavailable” error indicates a problem with your hosting server. You would need to reach out to GoDaddy support to see why you’re getting that error message and help get your site back online.
I hope that helps!

We are also in contact with Go Daddy but wanted to see if you could also help

No, as this is 100% a server related issue and GoDaddy needs to fix it.
WordPress.com cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
If you have trouble with the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) in the future for a non-hosting server related problem, please reach out to the WordPress community for guidance:

Best of luck!
