504 Error in Chrome – Cannot Access My Blog

  504 Error In Chrome

  When I load my blog in Google Chrome, I get the front page, although the stats graphic is replaced by an icon of some sort. As soon as I try to leave the front page, I get a 504 error with the message “It appears the website you are trying to visit is having technical difficulties or is no longer available.

  Please go back and try your request again or try searching Google to find another website with what you’re looking for!”

  Refreshing the page makes no difference – all I can do is close Chrome and reopen it and can still not progress past the front page. I cannot access other wordpress blogs either once this happens.

  It does not seem to be an issue on Internet Explorer.

  Any ideas?

  I should point out that it seems not to be a problem when accessing the blog when logged in with someone else’s Google account on the same computer. However logging out from my account does not make a difference at all – still can’t access it.
