504 Gateway Time-out while using WP All Import

Hello,
I am using WP All Import plug-in to import places. While importing I am getting an error called “Import Error 504 Gateway Time-out”. WP All Import said they will not be able to help you troubleshoot these errors and I need to contact your host to check your server’s error log.
Since my host is WordPress, can you help me to solve this problem?
