505 fatal error

Hello,
My website received a 505 error while running a backup, and my website completely would not load leading to me not being able to access it at all. I waited about 5 minutes until I was able to access my website again. It seems to be that my issue arises from backing up my WordPress site. Please advise.

Hey there, can you check with your host on this? Depending on what type of backup you’re doing, you might be making backups of your backups — which of course would grow larger with time. Your host should be able to help with that.
