516 Upstream Certificate CN Mismatch

    Team – when I register my new website under general settings with the domain name above, I am getting an error called ‘516 Upstream Certificate CN Mismatch’ and I am unable to proceed with creation of my website, can anyone please help?

    Hi there,

    Can you share the URL of the site you need help with/the URL you’re trying to register? Your post doesn’t specify any site.

    I also see you’ve bought a domain transfer upgrade for oneclicknsave.com, currently registered through Bluehost.com. Your account itself was created via Bluehost, and you had the Bluehost site, box5687.temp.domains/~oneclin2/, connected here via Jetpack, but you’ve since disconnected it.
    That connection was created automatically because you bought a Bluehost hosting plan that includes an upgraded Jetpack plan as well.

    If you want to host your site with Bluehost, then you shouldn’t be transferring your domain to us, nor do you need to register anything with us. We’re a completely different hosting provider from Bluehost, and the only thing we have to do with your site was the Jetpack connection.
