5G Upgrade Renewal

  My 5G upgrade is due for renewal in early January 2012. I wish to renew now with a different credit card but I only get the option to take the $99 bundle upgrade which I do not wish to purchase at this time.

  You should be able to renew from the Store section of your blog’s Dashboard.

  Do you see the option there?

  Yes, it’s there but when I click on renew this message appears on my shopping cart:

  That item is already in a bundle in your cart and has not been added separately.

  I’m unable to remove the bundle and just purchase the 5G upgrade.

  Could you try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies?

  What happens when you try to remove the bundle from your cart? Do you receive an error?

  I cleared my browser’s cache and cookies which hasn’t fixed the problem. I clicked on the cancel button but when I try to purchase the upgrade again, the bundle re-appears in the cart.
