6 days and no response from WordPress support despite having business plan?

    I’ve been contacting WordPress support for 6 days now trying to get help with my website. I haven’t received any response from a human that I can tell. Anyone know what’s going on?

    This is so odd. To update from my previous post, I’m getting automated emails now saying I don’t have a paid plan even when I contact through the proper channel provided in the emails. I have a business plan, and it is not cheap by any means. I’m losing money. Now I can’t even create a ticket in Jetpack. Where are the Happiness Engineers?
