66 hours and still no response from Support?

I feel quite upset that I have waited 66 hours for a response from WordPress and that was just asking for an email address where I could send an attachment in an urgent and important question that I had. That was received at 8.30am today and responded to at 9.30am, and they still not got back to me. It is quite distressing.
Does anyone know if there is anything I can do about this? It is not like I email them frequently, the last time was months ago and I have told them this is an urgent and distressing matter but they seem to think I should just wait in the queue like everyone else, which is hardly fair…..
