  I bought a WordPress account this morning to try it out, I bought the 14 dollar one. I thought if I don’t like it I can just do the 7 back money back guarantee. How would I go about getting my $14 back?

  Hi there, head to your Purchases page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases and click the arrow on the right of the purchase and at the bottom of the next page you should see the option to cancel your purchase.

  @paullhinds I noticed as well that you’re logged into an account that did not make any purchases. Please log out, and log in with the account associated with the upgrade.
