7 times the same payment to the renew of my blog

  Hi,

  today I made the payment of the renew and always give error but i went to see in my account and was pay 7 times in 13.79€ (the price of 1 renew). How are you going to return the money to me? Its urgent!

  I believe there is, but response to emails is even slower than the forums.

  If you look at the forums you will see it has happened to lots of people. Be patient I’m sure they will contact and refund you soon. Obviously their first priority when they get in will be to shut down the store so that more people don’t have the same issue!

  Ok, already have in my billing history the receipte of 6 refunds of $18 each :) , but now how many days I have to wait to have the money in my account, do you make any ideia?
  The money was deduted from my account in one minute … i hope i don’t have to wait to long !!!

  1 – 2 weeks? not fair! :( not happy with the service!
  The refund is going to the same account that i pay the service? The receipte is in my billing history, now I just have to wait?
