  I manage a blog through wordpress, and we where recently billed £85 unexpectedly – can you explain why this has happened, and can you guarantee it won’t happen again? Thank you

  Without a link to the site you need help with, it’s difficult to give you accurate information.

  However, if the charge is from WPCHG you can put all the details in this site and see what it was for. https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

  If the charge doesn’t appear under your Manage Purchases https://wordpress.com/me/purchases you may need to be logged in with a different account.

  I’m afraid the link to check the payments doesn’t work, as the account is connected to a bank account rather than a card.

  That domain appears to be hosted by GoDaddy. Do you have Jetpack or any other Automattic product on your site?
