$96 refund not sent to me

I canceled this domain and also democratsandindependentsoforegon shortly after I bought them. I have been trying to get the $96 refund since May 2023. The bank transaction numbrer for May 20, 2023 is – (redcted by staff)

I do not see that upgrade under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login?
I can confirm that the upgrade you mentioned is registered through WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @democratsandindependentsofportland login.
