    I see only two failed payments on your accounts, so it does not appear that your payment went through at all. However, what does sometimes happen is that your bank shows the initial charge, and then only cancels it a day or two later if it fails. This is especially true over weekends, as most banks run certain account processes only on days when the bank is actually open.

    So please contact your bank to double check on this, and also make sure while you’re there that your card is enabled for international purchases, as that is the most likely cause for why the payments failed to start with.
