  I do not want this business plan and do not want to be charged $99. I would like to be refunded, I do not use this website if there was a plan I signed up for.

  Hi Olivia,

  When have you purchased the Business plan? You can claim for a refund within 30 days of purchase of any plan. For domain registration you need to cancel before 48 hours.

  If you have crossed 30 days then sadly I have to say you won’t get any refund.

  Hi folks, I actually don’t see any upgrades on your account, @olivialagaly , or on its connected site. Can you reply to the invoice email? Or, log out, then log in using the account you used to make the purchase?
