$99 Dollar refund.

I received an email stating that I would be refunded $99 dollars for canceling my WordPress premium account. I have not seen the refund. I’m not sure where it would have been refunded to as I closed the bank account I originally used to set up my site in 2015. Not sure how to get in contact with customer service for information on this matter.

Though I’m not sure where it would be refunded as well, but one thing I can say is that refunding takes 1-2 weeks to show up on your statement usually. So it might be in still process.

What exactly did you cancel? The only upgrade showing in your account is a Premium Plan you bought on 2 March 2015, and that was cancelled and refunded on 7 March 2015. There has been no charges on your account since then, so nothing we could possibly have refunded recently.

Our logs also don’t show any recent emails sent to your address, except for the notifications of replies to this forum thread. When exactly did you receive the email regarding the refund?
