$99 fee charged no bill/invoice

I have been charged $99. I have no invoice/bill. Billing history does not reveal anything and saying I don’t have a premium upgrade. Please advise.

You are probably logged in as the wrong account – is there a different account you might have used to buy the upgrade?
I will flag this for the staff to help – but what is the blog name you think you bought the upgrade for or the domain name etc. that is on the email – or the Receipt ID number?

http://www.pact-foundation.org is the domain name – I don’t have any emails or receipt numbers etc. I only noticed the charge on my bank statement.

Not sure you are in the right forum nor sure where to send you – $99.- is one of the charges for an upgrade here – but there are some problems with that
pact-foundation.org
Is not registered here
Is not hosted or mapped here
Is hosted on Blue Host
Is a WordPress.ORG software installAre you sure the charges are from WordPress.COM?
