99% of my subscribers are not receiving notifications!

I’ve been contacting support for more than a week now. What a terrible experience I’m having. Nobody is replying to me.

I’ve recently added subscribers manually to my newsletter blog (Not spamming, I just moved them manually from my other website). Total is 1.5K users (subscribers).
I only publish weekly**
1st article published, went to their emails, opening rate was 75%, got the result I wanted.
2nd article and 3rd article/newsletter, I got the result in the comment (WP says that it sent it to my 1.5 K subscribers, but apparently it’s only delivered to 16 users!) Here’s a screenshot.
I even sent a new article, and it says it reached all subscribers, but no way it did cuz the opening rate was like 12%! (although my usual open rate is 75%)

Those statistics only give you the number of people who opened your email, not about the number of people who received your email. As always all of those emails are send to all addresses in your mailing list.
The fact a lot of people didn’t open your email, could be caused by the fact you switched them to another site so people didn’t recognize your email.
