  the following:
  1) i bought this theme called kabuto and i can’t figure out how to upload.
  2) can i change my domain? it’s moonbeamltd.com right now, i haven’t purchased it.
  3) do i need to purchase premium to upload a custom theme?
  4) how can i get a url without wordpress in the name

  On WordPress.COM sites, it is not possible to upload your own themes; you can only use the themes that WordPress offers you. Using/uploading other themes is only possible if you have your own self-hosted WordPress.ORG site.

  To get a URL without WordPress in the name, log into your Dashboard and go to Store -> My Domains. You can then buy a .com or .blog domain name, and map that to your existing site.
