  I have purchased and use a domain through Etsy pattern. I heard WordPress offers more. I purchased a premium package but could not figure out how to set up a sit in WordPress. Decided to cancel in less than 10 hours.

  Why did I not receive a full refund? Is there fine print I’m missing? I’m assuming there is.
