$99 Upgrade Paid, but no contact from Hapiness Engineer.

  On the 28/09/2011, I paid for the $99 upgrade on the 28/09/2011, the money was taken out my account immediately, but nothing has happened with my site, nor have I been contacted by a happiness engineer like I was told I would be. I feel robbed. but more Importantly I want my site to be transferred like promised. If any one is out there that can help me resolve this, please help.
