a bad start

I just signed up for a free wordpress account – even though I have several self hosted ones, I thought the wordpress community may be beneficial – and then thought I would upgrade to premium (trial) but the instructions are so bad that I signed up one of my self hosted sites and not the free site I had just created. Now I cannot find anywhere to change that nor cancel my account – not happy

I have tried to cancel but it wont let me confirm cancellation – this is wasting my time!

I have deleted my free account. Do I need to uninstall all of my instances of JETPACK so that I have no accounts with you? Do I then completely cancel my account with you?

Is Blogspot any good? Should I move there? What a shame. I thought by signing up for the premium account I would get better support and it would all be so easy! I wonder what your free service is like!

Apparently this article http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2013/06/19/getting-wordpress-support/ suggests that support should come through within 15 minutes! Have I been black-listed?

I have just had a lovely glass of Shiraz – whilst waiting for help. It has a rather sharp bouquet but is surprisingly soft to the pallette. I have been looking at Squarespace, but they do not have the community that wordpress is supposed to have. Do you think God is trying to tell me something?

I have noticed that some people put x’s at the end of their questions, does that help being supported more quickly

Right I have deleted and uninstalled all jetpacks from my five wordpress sites – so there is no reason why you are going to take money from me – shame about the trial and the premium – you missed out on a good customer
