    there is a big white window titled ‘My Home’ that covers my dashbard so i can’t do anything. i keep encountering things that seem more like road blocks than helpful tools that i don’t understand. searching for how to overcome these is an ordeal itself. if my site dashboard is covered up, i don’t know how to solve any problems. i am hoping that someone can help me solve this delemma. thanks.

    Thanks for writing to us. Looking at your site I don’t see any obvious issues, which is great news. I can also see you’ve been able to make regular posts which is going to help you grow your audience and increase traffic on the site. Keep up the good work!

    When I look at your account from my end, I’m not able to see what you’ve described. There is not white box in the way, and no My Home text. This makes me wonder if there could be a local issue causing interference. There are some browser troubleshooting steps that I’m going to ask you to work through so we can rule that out. You can also temporarily try using a different browser as well to see if the issue continues there.

    Last thing, can you take a screen shot of what you’re seeing and upload that here in your next reply for us? That will help get clued in to what the problem might be.
