I’m trying to get a blog follower to receive email notification of my blog postings. her email address is: cherylcapaldotraylor.com.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That is the URL for a website. It is not an email address.
Followers manage their own subscriptions and specify the frequency of receipt of posts from sites they follow.
See what Staff said here please:
Ask them to click the “manage subscriptions” link at the bottom of one of the old emails. looking in their email client spam filters;
