A Blogot-look-alike theme for WP

Would it be possible to develop a Blogbot-look-alike-theme? It is a platform that bloggers use for blogs that have something in common. On this Blogbot a lot of Danish political blogs have joined:
Actually Denmark have 2 Blogbots. Blogbot is the name of the theme/template and apparently that name can’t be changed. A lot of confusion have already emerged on that account.
The idea is that readers can access a lot of blogs from one and the same platform. It could be blogs in the same language, cooking blogs, IT bogs, penguin blogs etc.
It seems that Blogbot is the only theme around for this purpose but WordPress is an obvious place for a template of this kind. It is basically just RSS feeds that
are shown on a Blogbot.The very big advantage is, that a Blogbot generate a lot more readers to all blogs on the list. Readers do no longer have to surf – they have it all on one site.
What say you fine folks? I’d like to hear some opinions before I submit a feedback about it…

Oh dear. There is a spelling error in the headline. It should say Blogbot. Please correct that, dear moderators?
