a box i don’t want

  a box has appeared at the top of my blog next to the links to my pages right under the header that just says “blog” and links back to the home page of my blog. which menu allows me to eliminate it? thx in advance

  No menu will allow you to eliminate the Blog tab which is just a Tab and not a true Page in the K2 Lite theme. It’s coded into the template and we cannot edit templates.

  You can switch to a theme with no such hard-coded tab, or to a theme that supports custom menus:
