A bug?

  Hello, I use wordpress.com for my blog in german, and since today, there is a strange thing happening. Each time I put a word in quotation marks, worpress writes before this word “öffnendes geschwungenes Anfürhugnszeichen” (opening bend quatation mark). And that in ALL articles in the whole blog! All articles from two years, hundrets of articles, 2 years of work. How can I get rid of that without removing the phrase manualle from every article I wrote??
