  I am creating a government website. I need a special domain name, special theme, storage space, plug-ins, and customer support. What bundle should I buy?

  Your only choice would be the VIP package @ $3800/mo or so:

  Otherwise, if you need all those things, you’ll need to set up a self hosted blog. Check out WordPress.org and the resources there.
