A change from http to https

  I wanted to check my wordpress address (url) and site address (url), but they are grey and cannot be edited directly. I then tried to use better search replace for editing but I failed to do so. Afterwards, I added plugin and had file manager installed in wordpress, but unfortunately I found I didn’t have access to the wp-connfig.php file, which means I cannot edit the codes to change http to https for my urls. Can anyone help me please? Thank you so much!
