A change of mind on my New site
-
I used to have a successful website named Songsheperd and wanted to do it again but I’ve changed my mind now as I had a LOT of trouble trying to set up the new one. I’ve also got nowhere trying to cancel this new site and it’s all too complicated for me at my age.
I need to know that you are not going to take out any more yearly cash and would like the £36 I paid last month to be refunded as I haven’t managed to get started. -
Hello there,
It looks like you couldn’t revive your old successful website. I’d be very frustrated with that as well. Perhaps you can tell us what the trouble you had was so we can help you achieve what you wanted?
As for the refund, WordPress.com is happy to issue refunds in the first 14 days after purchase for annual and two-year plans, and 7 days for monthly plans, except domains, which must be canceled within 96 hours due to their unique registration process. You can read more about it here:
https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#refund-policyTo stop the automatic renewal so that you won’t get charged again please follow this guide on turning off auto-renewal:
