I’d like to talk to a human being…is this possible
I was charged $99 and I’m not sure why/what this is for. How can I find out what this is for and how to cancel it if I wish to do so?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You seem quite defensive, I’m sorry that you took my comment to imply such a silly thing . What I meant by that was, I’d love to speak with, on the phone, a person – to have a personal connection in that manner – i.e. is there a customer service phone number. I see there is not such a phone number. And again, thank you for your thorough response which was very helpful. Please consider not jumping to the immediate conclusion that people are being disrespectful, mean and absurd. I know that sometimes they are – but often, they are not.

The only reasonable and logical conclusion one can make when faced that is that the person asking it must think that the forum questions are being answered by something other than a human being.
