  I don’t see any charges or payments made from the WordPress.com account you’re logged into. It’s possible the charge was on a different account. Please go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and enter the payment details (do not post them on this forum).

  Once you’ve filled out the form, it’ll tell you what the charge was for. You will also see the option to send us an email for further help.
