A class of students creating a blog

Hi there – I am an English teacher of 91 students, and today we are creating blogs for our class homework page. My first two classes successfully created blogs; however, my third hour, and I’m afraid my fourth hour, will all be frozen out like this hour has been. I don’t understand why my students are being blocked for 60 minutes when they try to create their accounts. Can you please walk me through this? I only had one day dedicated to doing this. I appreciate your help very much.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi,

I’m planning to do a same workshop in the future and asked the WordPress.com chat support on how many signup they can handle for an hour, they might have to do some whitelisting of your school’s IP to accommodate 20 or more sign-ups

To get a better support regarding this matter, I guess hit them a chat for a quick resolution – https://wordpress.com/help

Let me know how it goes ok?

I appreciate it! My research showed it was funneling my students’ accounts out because it thinks it’s spam. I sent a chat, we’ll see if that resolves it.

Sure, hope you get to sort it out soon. Interested on how did your “blogging class” work out too coz I’m planning to have one next might :)
