The message should be editable.
Thanks,

Hi there, Copy A Post is probably what you’re looking for. You can make a draft post with the text you want and then copy that as a post template.
Depending on what kind of text, some themes have a Author Bio which appears at the end of posts on single post view. You can find those themes here: https://wordpress.com/themes/filter/author-bio

Adding this link too: https://en.support.wordpress.com/customizer/content-options/#author-bio

Thanks Jennifer.
But I already have 5000+ posts. Manually adding text there is not possible.
copy a post also does not work, since i like the text added should be dynamic. means if i change it should change in all posts.
Its not author-bio. Its a like a current issue/event message like “meetup on 12th july” etc. -
Hello again, are you referring to the site at mlforum.wordpress.com or a different site?

If all those blogs are hosted here on WordPressdotcom, the only options I know of are the ones I’ve already mentioned. You could change your author bio to include the information, but then it would show up everywhere your gravatar profile shows.
The only other thing I can think of is adding a text widget to your site’s sidebar or footer with the information. That way it would be always visible (depending on theme choice) and you could change the text when necessary. https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/
Perhaps another forum volunteer can offer another solution.
