a complaint against a designer of my website

    Dears in hostgator,
    In September 3, 2018, I agreed with a website designer to design a website to me in domain (www.iraq-building.com), and I paid to him by a friend in Baghdad.
    He used a free template in WordPress called Jarida. For 15 days here loaded many news and articles on site, then we asked him to stop do that and give us the username and password of cpanel, he refused that first of all, then he gave it later In September 20, as so:

    Now he closed the site & cpanel since ten days of September 21.
    I hope to resolve this problem, and don’t allowed him to publish anything, and return it to me as the owner of that website and the editor-in-chef as refers in the main page, and the email which I used is: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
