A couple of items that I can't figure out

Hello, I am editing a theme called Accelerate Child which I believe was also slightly customized by one of our web developers. There are some things that I cannot figure out and I can send screen shots/google docs to show specifically what these are. But as a quick overview: 1. I cannot figure out how to remove a couple of widges that are showing up on the right side of the page (Archives and Meta, https://site4-dev.cnr.berkeley.edu/about-2/). 2. I can’t figure out how to change the color at the top of the page behind the logo (it’s a gray color and looks bad with the white logo: https://site4-dev.cnr.berkeley.edu/) and 3. I would like for the top two posts that I added on this schedule to show up on the main page with their name and image: https://site4-dev.cnr.berkeley.edu/schedule/). Thank you!

It looks like https://site4-dev.cnr.berkeley.edu is not a WordPress.com hosted site but a WordPress.org self hosted site, so we won’t be able to help you here.Here is the link to the WordPress.org Support : https://wordpress.org/support/
