  I have a couple of questions.

  I’ve noticed lately that my photos show under my latest post in the scroll of the reader section. I made some changes recently, did I do that? I don’t think it looks very nice in the reader scroll.

  Secondly, how do I tell how well a former post has done (and continues to do?) I can’t see that information in my insights page?

  Thirdly, sometimes I get instant chat when I am asking for HELP and have NO idea how that happens? I actually enjoy instant help chat, (as opposed to waiting for an answer) but never know how it happens? EEK.
