    Good morning WP

    I would like to add a media player plugin to my site. The one that came up and appears to fit the bill is https://wordpress.org/plugins/compact-wp-audio-player/

    And the installation appears fairly straightforward. I need the plugin to enable the uploading and playing of lectures to members of our group.

    Is this the best and easiest option out there?

    How can I back up the entire site before I make any changes? So that in the event anything goes wrong I can restore the original site?

    Is there a way to easily add meta words to the site so that people interested in meditation and live in the area can find us when searching?

    Apologies for a number of questions, but I would like to get this done today and I figured it best to get all three concerns out of the way before I got started.
