"a custom site address" in premium plan, what's it?

  hello all,

  would anyone tell me what’s the “a custom site address” means?

  

  Does it include the domain registration and/or domain mapping?
  if not, what’s it?

  Yes it includes both the domain registration and mapping.

  I have the same question, but I’m confused about the pricing.

  It says that the “custom site address” is included when you upgrade to premium, but elsewhere I see that a domain costs $18/year. Is this included in the $99/year premium cost or no?
