A different kind of comment??

Hello! I have started using WordPress and WOW this whole business is AMAZING, we live in the future.
I have started building a website for my business and so far it looks great, I am so happy about this and truly, I have spent hours and hours hoovering up infomation from these discussion forums which are very informative and helpful. But now I have a problem I cannot for the life of me work out!
There is only one page where I would like people to discuss things; my ‘debate forum’ page is designed so that every month I will put up a new title of a debate. What I want is this; anyone from anywhere can go onto the page, read the title of the debate that I have written at the top and then i want a box which has just two ‘entry fields’ (by the way, I am NOT clever with computers but I am learning quickly.) The first box is a ‘name’ box, where anyone (not ‘logged in’ or anything special like that) puts thier name and then the second box what thier comment is. Then I want thier comment to pop up at the bottom of the feed. How do I achieve this? I could explain all the research I have done but it probably is irrelevent as it seems whichever way I have read about ‘posting comments’ requires an account etc. etc. and the discussion options are not helpful for this either. I imagine that I am looking for some sort of add on like the ‘contact form’ I [just about] managed to programme.
I know from the last few days reading that there are all sorts of people committed to sharing thier knowledge and helping useless people like me out! H
